Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document. Where context permits, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration

Registration on mm77 requires submission of accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update it if any details change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active mm77 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. mm77 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts. Violations will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. mm77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify mm77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or compromise of your credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, mm77 will require identity verification in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. 4.5 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). mm77 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of up to ₱50 per month against dormant account balances, after providing 30 days prior written notice to the registered email address. Real funds will not be reduced below zero.

Deposits & Payments

mm77 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through the following supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. Deposits are credited to your mm77 wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times vary by payment method.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Currency: All transactions on mm77 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied by mm77.
• Transaction Fees: mm77 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — this is outside mm77's control.
• Deposit Purpose: All deposited funds must be used for wagering purposes. mm77 is not a money storage, transfer, or e-wallet service.
• Source of Funds: By depositing, you warrant that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.
• Failed Transactions: If a deposit is initiated but not credited to your account within the expected timeframe, contact mm77 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your mm77 account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–24 business hours for KYC-verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or for accounts subject to additional compliance review.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. 7.2 Bonus Fund Priority

Where a player holds both real funds and bonus funds, real funds are used for wagering first by default. This order may be adjusted in the specific terms of individual promotions.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Gameplay Rules

All games offered on mm77 are governed by individual game rules as displayed within the game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all game categories on the platform:

Account Suspension & Termination

mm77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; money laundering investigation; KYC non-compliance; detection of prohibited conduct; regulatory requirement; or security risk.

11.2 Funds Upon Termination

Upon account closure, any real funds remaining in your account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required compliance review. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure. Returns are processed within a reasonable period as required by applicable law.

11.3 Voluntary Closure

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mm77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to game malfunctions not attributable to mm77's gross negligence; interruptions to platform availability due to force majeure, third-party infrastructure failure, or scheduled maintenance; financial losses attributable to a player's own account security practices; or any unauthorized third-party access to your account where mm77 has complied with its security obligations.

Nothing in these Terms limits mm77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

mm77's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real funds deposited by that player into their mm77 account in the 90 days preceding the date the claim arose.

Disputes & Governing Law

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement between a player and mm77, the following process applies:

1. The player must first raise the issue with mm77 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including account username, transaction references, and a description of the issue.
2. mm77 will investigate and respond in writing within 14 business days of receipt of the complaint.
3. If the player is not satisfied with mm77's response, the matter may be escalated to the PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism, as mm77 operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
4. Disputes relating to specific game outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant game event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Amendments

mm77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such changes may be necessitated by regulatory updates from PAGCOR, changes in Philippine law, platform feature additions, or operational policy revisions.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations as a player — mm77 will notify registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the amendments taking effect. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated in the updated document.

Your continued use of mm77 following notification of material amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 11.3.
